What Is A BreakThrough?

Within the Law of Implication (created by David Mills) a BreakThrough is best defined as a metaphor:

"If you are an army and your goal or "implied intent" is to break into the castle, having more arrows, for instance - may be "Better" or "seem" better, but it is unlikely that it will lead to a breakthrough into the castle.
